Refund policy

Returns are accepted within 30 days from delivery.

Unused, unopened goods: full refund minus outbound shipping, unless we shipped the wrong item — in that case we cover shipping.

Opened or installed filter media (cartridges) cannot be returned, except when defective on arrival.

We do not accept returns on the basis that a product “didn't soften my water.” Our showerheads and filters are not water softeners.

To start a return, contact us with your order number and we will send return instructions. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after we receive and inspect the return.
